The opinion of the court was delivered by Defendant appeals from convictions by a jury of two counts of
burglary (K.S.A. 1973 Supp. 21-3715). He was sentenced under
K.S.A. 1973 Supp. 21-4501 (d) for a term of from two to ten
years on each count, the sentences to run concurrently. The
charges stemmed from burglaries of a Vickers Service Station and
the Muncie Bowl, a bowling alley in Kansas City, Kansas. Defendant seeks reversal on the ground of the erroneous
admission into evidence of two confessions and on the further
ground that the trial court erred in excluding a portion of his
testimony.
